my stay at this red roof inn was so disappoiniting, i couldn't even use the stove because of their silly pan policy, and the disgusting smell was unbearable. i also expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles—why should i suffer alone? i was so close to leaving a good review, but i just couldn't!
